Europcar Mobility Group's CX Days 2024 come to an end! 🎶 CX (Customer Experience) Days are way more than an internal event. They are the flagship of a never-ending journey which aims at anchoring customer focus at the heart of our organization, deeper every year. The programme of this 3rd edition was rich: workshops with customers, "Field Immersion" for over 300 EU and US HQ colleagues in Europcar, Goldcar Rental, Europcar on demand and Fox Rent A Car stations, insightful webinars, innovation projects contest... our Customer Intelligence team was fully mobilized to create an enriching experience. Thank you to all the participants, to our NPS Champions and to the CX Ambassadors rewarded for their achievements and dedication to customers. They really are #HappyToHelp and it shows. Special thanks to our amazing CX Days org. team: Sarah Bessmann, Pierre-Gabriel Duchene, Valérie FRANCOIS-RIEHL, Stefanie Elsner and all the Customer and Market Intelligence team. And congratulations to this year's CX Trophies winners, Europcar UK (Evelyn Tourish & Matt Leonard, represented by Michael Burnett), Fox Rent A Car USA (Steve Mosinski) & Goldcar (Germán Rico). The Gold trophy goes to our UK team, who developed an app to keep our customers informed by SMS when they choose our Delivery and Collect service.
